Privacy Policy
Effective January 2026
1. Data Collection: Homeschool History Outsourced only collects information you provide during enrollment via Jotform (names, email, and billing info) to process registration and provide class updates.
2. Third-Party Tools: We use Wave for secure credit card processing and Canvas for classroom management. Kevin Keenan and Homeschool History Outsourced do not sell or trade your data to any third parties—ever.
3. Student Privacy: This site is intended for parents. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. Student assignments, feedback, and interactions are kept private within our secure Canvas portal.
4. Photography: We occasionally share group photos of our scholars “in action” on the website to showcase the classroom experience. We never include student names. We only include students whose parents have provided explicit consent via the Jotform enrollment checkbox.
5. Cookies: We use basic cookies to ensure the website functions correctly. We do not currently use tracking ads or marketing pixels.
